In our team, you will:
- Lead and shape conversations with clients, defining and driving solutions to real-world problems through a blend of architecture and engineering across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Set the technical direction, influencing decisions at scale while being backed by industry-leading training, certifications, and structured coaching and mentoring programmes.
As an Architect, you will:
- Lead Technical Governance: Act as a Design Authority for large-scale programs, ensuring delivery teams align with the strategic vision and adhere to modern engineering standards.

- Agentic Vision: A clear vision for the \"Agent Economy.\" Experience conceptualizing multi-agent orchestration, tool-use patterns, and the governance frameworks required to deploy autonomous agents safely. Agentic architectures are quickly emerging as the most challenging programs our clients undertake. As a Cloud Advisory Architect, a significant portion of your role will involve defining and delivering agentic solutions, making it critical to demonstrate clear agentic excellence through experience, depth of knowledge, and mastery of AI focused technology stacks.
- Modern Engineering Patterns: Deep expertise spanning Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Hybrid and multi-cloud: Skilled in hybrid architectures and able to demonstrate where legacy meets cloud
- Operational Excellence: A solid understanding of non-functional requirements and the ability to translate them into robust architectural decisions for critical infrastructure.
- Advisory Skills: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (\"Storytelling\") and manage senior client relationships.
- Leadership Mindset: A track record of leading teams, navigating ambiguity, and elevating others by connecting and sharing knowledge. Experience working with delivery leads, scrum teams and PMO and managing stakeholders and governance including steering committees or executive stakeholder management
Set yourself apart with the following:
