As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, user‑centred experiences across a large and complex enterprise environment. Working across a diverse ecosystem of platforms and products, you will transform complex colleague and supplier journeys into seamless, accessible and engaging digital experiences. You will operate end‑to‑end across the design lifecycle, from discovery and research through to prototyping and testing, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions at pace. This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you will advocate for human‑centred design, mentor others and contribute to building a strong design culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the end‑to‑end UX design process from discovery through to delivery
  • Translating complex user needs into simple, intuitive and effective design solutions
  • Conducting and contributing to user research, discovery sessions and usability testing
  • Advocating for human‑centred and inclusive design across teams
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in agile environments to improve digital products
  • Using data and insights to inform design decisions and measure impact
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes and high‑quality UI designs using established design systems
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment and innovation
  • Contributing to and evolving the organisation's design system
  • Supporting, mentoring and providing feedback to other designers
  • Promoting accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Helping build a positive, collaborative and high‑performing design culture

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX expertise across web, responsive and native design
  • Experience delivering high‑profile design projects within complex or enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end UX processes including research, journey mapping, wireframing and usability testing
  • Solid experience designing accessible products, ideally aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA standards
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro and other modern design/collaboration platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering and research teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Ability to mentor and support junior designers and promote best practices
  • A passion for solving complex product challenges with a user‑first mindset
  • Interest in leveraging AI to enhance UX design processes
  • Good understanding of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Adobe Creative Suite
