We value everybody for who they are and what they bring to the table, supporting one another as we continue to deliver for our customers.Responsibilities To achieve SMARTY\βs revenue and retention aspirations.Create commercial programmes and tactical activity β predominantly through base management β to achieve commercial goals in an on-brand SMARTY way: Simple, honest mobile.Create, coordinate and lead on SMARTY\βs revenue and retention performance.Work collaboratively with Senior CRM Manager (& other key stakeholders) to create compelling, on-brand base management plans.Monetise the launch of new propositions through CRM but consistent with SMARTY brand values.Manage the in-life revenue, retention and gross add performance of key programmes β Refer A Friend, Groups, Add-ons. Including in-flight and strategic changes to key programmes to optimise performance.Qualifications Extensive experience in a commercial / P&L role or CRM roleExperience working with a fast-paced digital business (telco preferable)Exceptionally numerate individual who can create complex business cases, map out detailed forecasts and report complex resultsExperience of working with mass-scale customer bases and understands the importance of CVM & CRMHas worked closely with a Marketing CRM team, or has prior experience in Marketing/CRMExperience of managing propositions/products in-life, optimising and monetising them
