What you’ll do:

  • Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital, print, social media, presentations, and other mediums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and design solutions that align with their goals and brand vision.
  • Develop and maintain strong design systems and brand guidelines for client projects.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to best practices, brand consistency, and usability standards.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and team members, clearly articulating your design rationale and decisions.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices in the B2B space.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and skill development.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other team members to produce integrated and cohesive marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes, tools, and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B design work across a variety of channels.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Turtl, Ceros, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual skills, with the ability to design within business contexts and communicate complex ideas visually.
  • Experience working with B2B brands or in a similar industry, with a clear understanding of business audiences and how to effectively engage them through design.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both creative and non-creative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive web design is a plus.
  • A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with design trends and emerging technologies.
