Qualification
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- At least 4+ years of experience in design and delivering technical/functional solutions against specifications and blueprints in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
- Complete unit and integration testing of developments in line with agreed processes ensuring completion within allocated timescales.
- Deliver regular release items (problems and requests) understanding business requirements and completing the design, build, testing and deployment of functional components.
- The role communicates internally with business users and externally with SAP.
- Support the acceptance and implementation of new functional solutions into the production environment ensuring relevant support documentation is available.
- Develop and deliver release notes and key user training for all new or enhanced application functionality.
- Complete detailed solution documentation for functional solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in systems applications within a nominated function.
- Keep abreast of advances of available technologies and best practice to identify and exploit new opportunities.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP EWM functional area, especially in the areas of Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
- Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units, etc.
- Knowledge and experience configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in system integration between SAP ERP & EWM systems.
- Knowledge in either embedded or decentralized EWM is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced EWM functions such as Material Flow System, Wave Management, Yard Management, Labor Management, Value Added Services, Warehouse Billing, Kitting, integration to Transportation Management, etc. is a plus.
- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Completed at least 2 significant full systems implementation lifecycle projects.
- Completed solution configuration for primary module.
- Operated in multi-project, matrix managed environment.
- Experience of systems development and project management methodologies.
- Understanding of ASAP and experience in delivering solutions within ASAP methodology.
