At Accenture, we are looking for a highly experienced SAP Asset Management Consultant to strengthen our Energy industry SAP practice. The ideal candidate is a senior SAP professional with deep functional expertise in SAP Asset Management, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP EHS, and SAP Asset Performance Management (APM), and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in asset‑intensive Energy environments.
This role requires strong business analysis and solution leadership, with the ability to lead requirements definition, conduct gap analysis, and drive process and solution redesign across Energy sector operations. We are seeking a consultant capable of shaping and delivering SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions for Energy clients, while partnering with senior stakeholders across Europe, the UK, and global markets.

Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and process / solution redesign, including gap analysis against SAP standard capabilities
- Design and deliver SAP Asset Management solutions aligned to Energy sector operational needs
- Apply deep functional expertise across SAP Asset Management, Plant Maintenance (PM), EHS, and Asset Performance Management (APM)
- Drive and support SAP S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield and Smart Brownfield approaches
- Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams to ensure scalable, integrated, high‑quality delivery
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
- Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in recent experience (Greenfield and/or Smart Brownfield)
- Strong functional background in SAP Asset Management and Plant Maintenance
- Proven experience working within Energy sector environments, including Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals production / operations
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to lead solution discussions at senior stakeholder level
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
- Ability to work and operate across EU & UK, with willingness to travel to the Middle East when required
