Job Description
Job profile:
- Expertise in B2B Sales Processes: Experience in optimizing B2B sales processes, order management, and leading end-to-end sales transformation efforts to achieve strategic business goals.
- Expertise in Sales enablement: Deep understanding of Sales enablement tools, training methodologies and the latest trends in sales enablement and excellence
- Sales Transformation: Demonstrated success in sales transformation initiatives, reengineering lead-to-order processes to drive significant growth, operational efficiency, and a sustainable competitive edge for clients.
- Go to market operating model – Comprehension of operating models, specifically sales and go-to-market functions
- Proficient in advanced data analysis and insight
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams-including sales, marketing, and operations-to align lead-to-order processes with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless and cohesive execution across departments.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of how these systems integrate with ERP platforms to enhance sales operations is a plus.
