What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover.
  • Managing budgets with transparency and confidence.
  • Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard.
  • Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II.
  • Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME.
  • Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects.
  • Overseeing small works and maintaining a “no surprises” culture.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience delivering major construction or fit‑out projects.
  • A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA).
  • The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people.
  • A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication.
