We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Product team, working at the heart of how Tesco builds, manages, and optimises the products we sell. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape tools and platforms used across our commercial organisation, helping colleagues make smarter decisions, move faster, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives and success criteria in line with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Build, lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide regular status updates, reporting progress, risks and issues.
- Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Manage change control processes and maintain project governance.
- Support to map and record associated processes.
- Deliver measurable business value and benefits realisation from project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practice.
- Support capability building and knowledge sharing across the wider team.
