YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering our service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team will work closely with Business, Product and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner and consumer segments. The core capabilities of the team include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models — who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized — defining measures of success (impact, productivity, ROI), enabling change management with frontline teams and developing pilots to test new frontline models.
As the Product Activation Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the region. You will lead data driven decision making by overseeing most of the lifecycle of global and regional programs from conducting pre-launch analyses to measuring and reporting the final business impact of the program.

Responsibilities
- Own the regional go-to-market strategy for creators across EMEA, ensuring global priorities align with local market nuances.
- Drive measurable business impact by landing global and EMEA-specific programs in collaboration with global product activation and regional partnership teams.
- Act as the regional authority for the creators, delivering reports and synthesizing regional feedback to influence global product roadmaps.
- Identify incremental growth opportunities by building business cases, incentive plans, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with global product and country teams on pilots and program assessments to scale market growth and support the broader business plan.
