At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830

The People Proposition Lead plays a key strategic role in the design and delivery of insight driven company-wide people propositions, that help to foster our inclusive culture that empowers our people to thrive. With an eye on future trends and ever evolving employee expectations this role focuses on enhancing the employee experience and balancing Business objectives, through a holistic approach to diversity, inclusion and belonging, wellbeing, employer brand and the future of work.

• They act as lead on all people propositions for the UK includes (but not limited to) Wellbeing, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, Employer Brand, Future of work, as well as the engagement around new benefits and perks etc
• They use insight and data to design to delivery new propositions. They are conduit between our employees, the Business and the wider People Team, serving as a consultant
• Managing established partnerships and budgets with external suppliers required to support specific propositions and engagement activity
• They coach, guide and if required directly manage the Proposition Specialist to help deliver People propositions, cyclical activities and engagement & communication plan, committees including and not limited to annual calendar of events.

• Lead on design and delivery of people propositions to support the people proposition strategy, including but not limited to company-wide, functional, cyclical activities, annual calendar of events, facilitating DIB steering committee and other working group on delivering the proposition action plan
• Develops innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex and diverse information sources. Gather and utilise internal and external insights to design proposals and recommendations
• Coach and advise business leaders with right proposition through providing robust challenge
• Ensure effective engagement and embedding of our propositions with engaging communication plans and tools
• Builds capability of others by teaching, coaching and/or mentoring them to do an excellent job for the long-term objectives. Specifically, provides constructive feedback; for example, encouraging others to assess how things have gone, and learn from their experiences.
• Manage relationships with key business and other stakeholders and act as their conduit, while typically using other support and expert functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the projects and client satisfactions
• Design, project manage and deliver proposition to achieve required outcomes to support people property programme and short term and long-term business objectives
• As part of the project management and usual business activity uncovers emerging issues, barriers and/or needs of the business and manage key stakeholders
• Identify shortcomings and implement improvements in current processes, systems, and procedures within your area of operation. Recommends ways to improve support for operations by inputting into the necessary owners to adjust policies, processes, standards, and practices.
• Identify and use metrics to evaluate success of the proposition and identify possible impacts on the business.

  • •Previous experience in a HR role, ideally including specialism in employee engagement, employee experience, employee insight or people propositions.
    •Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
    •Knowledge and experience of working with some or all of the people propositions listed.
    •Adept at drawing insights and making credible recommendations based on various data sources.
    •Understands emerging HR / engagement / workforce trends and uses this to inform insights and recommendations.
    •Understand the basics of psychology, neuroscience and behaviour and how to develop and embed engaging propositions.
