Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management consulting expertise, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, a holistic view of business models in different industries. This role involves working closely with clients to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs, analyze market trends, and develop tailored sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on sales processes, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and competitive positioning plans.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning, customer acquisition andmonetization.
  • Evaluate sales and marketing performance through KPIs and analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in CRM implementation and sales enablement tools to optimize efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client organizations.

Qualification
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in management consulting, sales, or marketing strategy.
  • Deep analytical skills and capacity to structure complex and loosely defined problems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team of 3 to 5 people.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multiple industries, including B2B and B2C markets.
  • Experience with marketing models, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with consulting frameworks and methodologies.
