Responsibilities
- Support growth within the customer technology product engineering practice
- Advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities and teams
- Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms
- Lead work across large digital & agile transformation programmes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver compelling user‑facing products and solutions
- Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products
- Provide input to technology & engineering thought leadership for clients and teams
- Elevate team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development
- Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend events
Qualifications
- 4+ years of front‑end engineering experience
- 2+ years of leading teams or independent projects
- Proven delivery of web or mobile interfaces using modern front‑end technologies (React, React Native, Angular, Vue, iOS, Android)
- Interfaces that perform quickly, are accessible, and of high quality
- Examples of elevating engineering practices within a team
- Use of Generative AI in your workflows or products
- Experience working closely with disciplines such as Back‑end, Design, QA, Cloud, PM/PO/Delivery, with awareness of Systems Architecture, Platform & SRE Engineering, Quality Engineering, CI/CD
- Experience in agile digital product environments
- Strong communication of technology trends and engineering practices; proven examples of elevating engineering practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience with multiple frameworks
- Backend/cloud experience
- Examples of elevating others or being a force multiplier
- Track record of turning requirements into work for others
- Engagement with senior leadership as trusted advisor
