Key responsibilities

Lead and execute MMM projects : Guide teams in building econometric and statistical models to evaluate the ROI and impact of marketing, media, and promotional activities.

Translate data into actionable insights : Provide clients with evidence-based recommendations for budget optimization, channel effectiveness, media mix, and marketing strategy.

Serve as the day-to-day client contact : Build trust and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project delivery and client objectives.

Support project planning and team leadership : Manage workstreams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior team members.

Collaborate across functional areas , including data engineering, media strategy, digital marketing, and business strategy to ensure holistic and integrated delivery.

Ensure model integrity and analytical quality : Review outputs and methodologies to ensure robust and reliable results.

Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable assets within the MMM and broader analytics offering.

Qualifications

Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Marketing Science, Data Science, or Engineering.

Strong experience in analytics or consulting roles, including hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling.

Solid understanding of media and marketing channels, including digital, offline, and promotional levers.

Experience using tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL for modelling and data analysis.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a consulting environment or supporting Fortune 500 clients.

Exposure to multi-touch attribution (MTA) , incrementality testing , or digital performance analytics .

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Understanding of industry-specific challenges in sectors like CPG, retail, tech, or financial services.
