As a Workday Extend Associate Manager, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

  • Sharing leading practices and your experiences on developing Workday Extend applications reuse of existing assets
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on defining a tailored Extend applications meeting client requirements effectively
  • Lead discovery session with client to conceptualise and architect the Extend application
  • Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
  • Managing and guiding a team of Workday Extend consultants
  • Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
  • Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Existing and up to date Workday HCM and/or Financials, Integrations and Workday Extend certification.
  • Experienced in architecting, designing and developing Workday Extend applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize and analyze applications requirements using Workday Extend.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English

Accenture is embedding Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across the Workday delivery lifecycle, and this role sits at the centre of that shift. As a Workday Extend Associate Manager you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape solutions that make use of Workday's native AI and machine-learning capabilities to drive smarter Extend processes
  • Apply Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators to speed up design, testing and documentation
  • Help clients identify where AI can create measurable value in their Extend processes
  • Contribute to Accenture's growing library of AI-powered Workday assets and leading practices

Set yourself apart:

  • Senior experience of consulting, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role
  • Multiple Extend applications you have helped design and implement
  • Experience in Workday integrations and/or other integration technologies
  • Experience in custom software development in multiple coding languages
  • Fluency in another language
