As a Workday Delivery Lead/Project Manager you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

  • Leading Workday HCM projects implementation using the Workday methodology making use of your excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Acting as business advisor being able to diagnose how Workday can add value and how implementation can achieve return on investment.
  • Creating, mobilising and leading the governance of the project
  • Coordinating, facilitating and hosting client workshops throughout the different phases of the project
  • Creating, resourcing, mobilising, managing, coaching and acting as linking pin for our global implementation teams (including functional, integrations, data, reporting/analytics, data, process, enablement)

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Proven experience and certifications in at least one or more of the Workday functional modules: Workday HCM Core Services, Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and others.
  • Deep understanding of the interdependencies between the main Workday modules such as HCM Core, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Absence and Time Tracking as well as the Technical Workstreams (e.g. Data, Integrations, Reporting and Testing).
  • Ability to create, mobilise and run governance and budget structures and processes (e.g. SteerCos, change control, status reporting)
  • Client advisory on a range of HR Transformation and Workday topics
  • Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
  • Fluency in English
