Role Summary – Workday Core HCM Consultant

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud‑based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
  • Collaborate and lead diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
  • Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.

Qualification

  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, and possess analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English.

Set Yourself Apart

  • Strong HR background with experience working on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
  • Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
  • Up to date Workday HCM certification.
  • Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance.
  • 2–5 years professional Workday experience.
  • Fluency in German.
