Talent Transformation is the strategic evolution of skills, capabilities, and organisational wiring that supports an organisation’s business strategy. It is about continuously reinventing talent across the enterprise, for teams, and for individuals – beyond training, hiring or technology alone. It aims to create lasting change that accelerates strategic execution, drives speed and agility, amplifies potential, builds resilience, and improves sustainability.
We partner with organisations to build a talent strategy that defines how to access, create, and unlock the potential of talent. This includes strengthening diverse talent pipelines, matching business needs with people’s skills and aspirations, providing equitable career opportunities, and creating conditions that allow people to do their best work every day. We view skills-driven organisations as a human‑plus‑technology network where skill‑based practices unlock opportunities for individuals and maximise talent potential for the organisation.
We help clients build the right capability through learning and re‑skilling programmes that align with skill supply and demand.
In this role you will:
- Challenge clients to think differently about powering their people today and preparing them for tomorrow with the right skills and capabilities, supporting the transition to a Skills‑Based Organisation (SBO).
- Analyse how digital and AI are impacting the workforce and the transformational changes required for new skills and roles.
- Develop and support clients’ Talent Strategies by assessing existing skills, identifying needs and addressing gaps.
- Future‑proof workforce planning through strategic alignment with business goals, ensuring the right people, skills and roles are in place at the right time.
- Deliver talent, learning and reskilling projects to build the right capability for clients.
- Support complex, large‑scale technology transformation programmes that implement impactful learning and skill experiences.
- Help clients rethink ways of working and behaviours needed to deliver results quickly.
- Build a Skills Architecture, mapping and managing the workforce’s skill landscape, linking it to roles, career paths and business objectives.
- Advise clients on appropriate technology tools (LXP, LMS, etc.) that underpin talent engagements.
- Drive the growth of the Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, capability development, thought leadership and market eminence.
- Create market‑relevant Talent & Skilling viewpoints, blogs and offerings to establish Accenture’s expertise.
Qualifications Desirable experience:
- Delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients, preferably in clearance‑required environments.
- Familiarity with public sector governance and assurance expectations, including delivery in regulated environments.
- Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC).
