Supply Chain & Operations is seeking to recruit a Consultant with advisory consulting experience and a history of supply chain planning projects. The Planning & Fulfilment community is one of the key components of Accenture's Supply Chain & Operations service line within Strategy & Consulting that operates across industry groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced demand planning techniques to accurately forecast customer demand, aligning supply with market needs through dynamic supply planning models.
  • Develop real‐time scenario planning to balance supply constraints with fluctuating demand, ensuring service level optimisation.
  • Develop tailored supply and demand planning strategies that optimise the flow of goods and services.
  • Establish digital control towers to provide visibility into demand and supply fluctuations.
  • Lead the integration of demand and supply planning technologies to automate planning processes.
  • Build demand‐supply planning frameworks that incorporate risk management and sustainability.

In This Role You Will

  • Support delivery teams to formulate and execute customer‐centric planning strategies.
  • Support end‐to‐end strategy to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities.
  • Work on supply chain transformations in line with client's business challenges.
  • Create capabilities (process/tools/people) in line with the future operating model.
  • Analyse and model financial data to support large‐scale cost reduction programmes.
  • Help clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics.
  • Refine and optimise the client's ability to organise and analyse financial, operational and external information.
  • Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations across digital, analytics, the supply chain ecosystem and broader marketplace.
  • Present key findings to clients.
  • Support business development opportunities and prepare sales proposals.
  • Execute client engagements, with a strong capability to develop the skills and capabilities of junior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 3‐5 years of experience in consulting and/or project delivery.
  • Functional experience: sales & operations planning, order management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning.
  • Supply chain technology and digital disruptor awareness.
  • Experience working in one or more of Consumer Goods, Communications, Media & Entertainment, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, High‐Tech, Chemical & Natural Resources, Life Sciences and Logistics.
