The Corporate Strategy & Growth team is at the forefront of change, helping drive the CEO agenda on issues related to digital and business model disruption, competitive agility and global operating models. We collaborate with Accenture’s Applied Intelligence and Innovation teams to turn growth strategies into industry‑leading transformation successes.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to the most strategic challenges and opportunities that occupy corporate and industry leaders.
  • Drive short‑term growth and rapid revenue generation through “find and prove the value” analytical methods.
  • Develop modern corporate strategies to enable organisations to make choices on customers, geographies, routes to market and products.
  • Generate sustained value through next‑generation growth, commercial and pricing strategies to drive corporate success.
  • Anticipate the ways digital and technology innovation (e.g. Generative AI) impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth.
  • Gain exposure to Accenture’s multi‑faced organisation, working on key strategic challenges while partnering across Accenture to bring those to life.
  • Develop and drive high‑impact, strategic insights that solve complex business challenges for clients across a range of industries and sectors.
  • Lead and manage multi‑disciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions.
  • Leverage deep Corporate & Growth Strategy experience and market trends to shape client strategies, ensuring long‑term business success.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and guiding them through pivotal decision‑making processes.
  • Collaborate and partner across Accenture, fostering relationships that promote knowledge sharing, support in end‑to‑end client delivery and new business opportunity.
  • Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, contributing to sales efforts, and actively building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure the delivery of high‑quality, data‑driven recommendations that exceed client expectations and drive measurable results.
  • Be responsible for delivery of commercials during project work, shaping and contracting new opportunities and extensions and in scoping, pricing and developing new projects and contracts.
  • Coach team members and lead them to deliver their best performance aligned to project and professional growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years’ relevant experience in corporate and growth strategy development, including prior management consulting experience.
  • Deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
    • Portfolio strategies to identify growth opportunities across markets, customers and products.
    • Customer proposition or new business model development that can unlock identified growth opportunities.
    • Market / opportunity sizing and investment case development.
    • Corporate strategy big bets like digital commerce, subscription models, direct to consumer or membership propositions.
    • Driving value and growth‑focused transformations in an organisation.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategy is a plus.
    • Interest and experience in latest innovations and their application to corporate strategy (e.g. Generative AI) is a plus.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Team leadership and client management experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English.
  • Comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide the client with what they need, not just what they ask for.
  • An interest in technology and data and knowledge of innovation and how to apply it to creatively shape new corporate and growth solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.

Location & Travel
