EY is seeking a Candidate Experience & Engagement Manager to lead a market-leading, technology-enabled candidate experience across the talent lifecycle in the UK. The role combines leadership of a dedicated team with responsibility for CRM/ATS platforms and data-driven engagement strategies.

You will collaborate with Recruitment, Employer Brand and Talent Intelligence to strengthen pipelines, enhance EY’s employer brand and deliver high-quality, personalised engagement for active and passive candidates.
