We are looking for talented, entrepreneurial technical talent to work on the most exciting projects in the ecosystem. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect or Developer you:

  • Can understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
  • Want to work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions for our clients.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
  • Are a continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities including willingness to undertake new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.
  • Take time to seek out information about new applications in ServiceNow and stay up to date on the latest offerings.
  • Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
  • Are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.
  • Comfortably ask for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development or Technical Architecture capacity.
  • Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
  • Experience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills - JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Security Clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
