Role Overview

You will play a vital role in our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Technical Expert in a specific area. You will work on multiple client engagements, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, delivery and support of SAP technical architecture with a strong focus on SAP Basis and system security.
  • Work with client, functional, infrastructure and security teams to support secure, stable and scalable SAP landscapes, taking responsibility for assigned Basis and security deliverables across areas such as system configuration, transports, upgrades, monitoring, access controls, authorisations, compliance remediation and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Basis, system security, SAP S/4HANA, RISE, SAP Fiori, SAP BW and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Responsible for assigned deliverables in Tech Architecture, including Basis, infrastructure dependencies, landscape design, technical governance and system security.
  • Experience managing SAP technical landscapes across application servers, databases, interfaces, transports, upgrades, patches, performance tuning and operational readiness.
  • Ability to design and implement SAP security controls, including user access, roles, authorisations, Segregation of Duties considerations and privileged access management.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA technical upgrades, migrations, conversions and cloud journeys, including dependencies across Basis, infrastructure and security workstreams.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional, infrastructure, integration and security teams to align technical solutions with business, compliance and operational requirements.
  • Experience in technical risk assessment, system hardening, audit support, compliance remediation and mitigation planning across SAP environments.

  • Proven capability in leading Basis and security design discussions with clients, technical teams and stakeholders across SAP transformation programmes.
  • Strong ability to identify technical and security risks early, shape practical mitigation plans and support secure, stable and scalable SAP operations.
