As one of SAP’s Tier 1 global partners we help clients turn data into insight and action across their transformation journeys. As a SAP Data & Analytics Analyst, you will support end‑to‑end delivery across data and analytics workstreams – helping shape requirements, build and validate data models, develop dashboards and analytical products, and contribute to high‑quality, repeatable delivery on SAP and cloud data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery teams to gather, document and validate data and reporting requirements with business and functional stakeholders.
- Build, test and document data pipelines and transformations (e.g., ingestion, cleansing, harmonisation, data quality checks) across SAP and non‑SAP sources.
- Develop analytics outputs such as semantic models, queries and dashboards (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), ensuring performance, usability and adoption.
- Work with a range of clients and industries, contributing to agile delivery, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvement of delivery accelerators and reusable assets.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience delivering data and analytics solutions (requirements, build, test, release) within at least one project team.
- Working knowledge and ability to analyse datasets, validate outputs and troubleshoot issues collaboratively with engineers and platform teams.
- Data modelling and data engineering fundamentals (e.g., dimensional modelling, star schema concepts, data quality, reconciliation, lineage documentation).
- Familiarity with SAP data & analytics components such as SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/BW/4HANA, and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (or strong transferable experience with comparable tools).
- Familiarity with SAP business processes and data (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and ability to translate business questions into data and reporting requirements.
- Comfort working in distributed teams using agile ways of working (e.g., user stories, backlogs, sprint ceremonies) and standard delivery tooling.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
