The impact we are having is changing the way people live, shop, bank, work, and travel. We are not your typical consulting team and we are much more than your traditional design studio.

As Product Lead & Strategist you will:

  • Combine product vision, strategic thinking and design leadership to shape and deliver innovative digital products, services and ventures.
  • Be responsible for translating complex client challenges into clear product opportunities – defining the vision, shaping the strategy, and guiding teams through the journey from early concept to validated product and scalable solution.
  • Bring strong product thinking grounded in user insight, business viability and technological feasibility.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity, helping clients make confident decisions and turning bold ideas into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition and delivery of new digital products, services and ventures – from early opportunity exploration through to MVP launch and iteration.
  • Shape compelling product visions and strategies grounded in user needs, market opportunity and commercial outcomes.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through the end‑to‑end product innovation process, including activities such as:
    • Identifying customer problems, unmet needs and market opportunities through research and insight synthesis.
    • Translating insights into clear opportunity spaces, product concepts and experience visions.
    • Defining product propositions, experience principles and high‑level feature roadmaps.
    • Shaping the MVP strategy, prioritising the right capabilities and defining the fastest path to validated learning.
    • Working closely with designers and engineers to ensure ideas are translated into intuitive, elegant and buildable product experiences.
    • Overseeing rapid prototyping, testing and iteration to validate assumptions and refine product direction.
    • Ensuring products are designed with scalability in mind, connecting early product decisions to long‑term growth and operational models.
    • Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of product workstreams, ensuring teams stay focused on outcomes while maintaining high standards of thinking, craft and execution.
    • Act as a trusted partner to clients, helping shape their product strategy, challenging assumptions and guiding them through complex decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with Growth and Creative leads to align product strategy with commercial models, growth opportunities and venture scaling pathways.
    • Support the development of proposals, pitches and new opportunities, contributing product thinking that strengthens our approach to client challenges.
    • Drive the smooth operation of your team by running planning, rituals and collaborative ways of working.
    • Build on the culture of the Venture Studio by sharing ideas, giving feedback and participating in company forums.
    • Contribute to the evolution of the Venture Studio by helping elevate our product thinking, design quality and ways of working.
    • Mentor and support more junior designers and product thinkers, helping them grow their craft and strategic perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of demonstrable professional experience in product design, product strategy, service design or digital innovation within a consultancy, startup, scale‑up or in‑house product team.
  • A strong track record of leading the definition and delivery of digital products, from early concept through to launch or validated prototype.
  • Comfortable navigating the intersection of user needs, business strategy and technology, using product thinking to bring these perspectives together.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams, collaborating with strategists, designers, engineers and growth specialists to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate vision into tangible product decisions and experiences.
  • Confidence working with C‑suite, managing senior client relationships—facilitating workshops, shaping product strategy discussions and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on product thinking.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity and pushing ideas forward.
  • High standards of craft and thinking, with a passion for using design and product thinking to solve meaningful problems.
  • Appreciation for the importance of team culture and owning and delivering cultural initiatives outside of the work.
