Our clients face AI‑native competitors rewriting competitive dynamics, a shift in commercial models from subscription to consumption and outcome‑based pricing, hyperscalers reshaping distribution, and B2B buyers demanding measurable workflow outcomes. We help them respond through GTM redesign, lead‑to‑cash transformation, commercial model evolution, and large‑scale B2B operational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex B2B transformation programmes for software and SaaS clients, owning workstreams that span GTM strategy, commercial and business model transformation, lead‑to‑cash process redesign, and operational change.
- Define and structure solutions in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to complex problems through rigorous analysis, process design, and evidence‑based recommendations.
- Build and own the commercial narrative, developing business cases, value models, and investment cases that can stand up to C‑level scrutiny.
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders to co‑create strategy, align on priorities, and drive cross‑functional change programmes forward.
- Translate industry insight into practical advantage, helping clients understand how shifts in AI, pricing models, and competitive dynamics should shape their strategy and operating model.
- Drive business development activity, shaping proposals, contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives, and building relationships that generate new client opportunities.
- Lead and develop your team, setting direction, coaching others, and fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
- Contribute to the growth of the Software & Platforms Industry & Enterprise practice through thought leadership, asset development, and internal capability building.
Qualifications
- B2B Transformation & Delivery Leadership: Proven experience leading complex programmes across the B2B customer lifecycle, from lead generation and sales through to onboarding, adoption, and renewal, with clear evidence of revenue growth, cost reduction, or efficiency improvement delivered. Experience designing future‑state processes, customer journeys, and transformation roadmaps, translating strategy into executable change.
- Data‑driven Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise disparate data sources into clear, actionable insight. Able to construct board‑ready business cases that link operational data to commercial outcomes and communicate them persuasively to C‑level stakeholders.
- GTM, Commercial Model & Ecosystem Design: Strong understanding of B2B GTM strategy within software or SaaS. Clear perspective on how software pricing and commercial models are evolving, from per‑seat and subscription toward usage‑based, outcome‑based, and consumption pricing, and the implications for GTM design and organisational structure.
- Industry Knowledge & AI Fluency: A strong point of view on the forces reshaping the software industry, including technology companies’ pressure to meet evolving customer needs, drive return on product investments, ensure products are secure and resilient, and adapt revenue models, while navigating AI‑native competitors, the shift from assistive to agentic AI, and hyperscaler dynamics.
- Client Engagement & Influence: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, drive alignment through structured thinking and compelling narrative, and deliver transformation across both waterfall and agile environments.
- Leadership and Growth: Experience managing and developing teams, with a commitment to coaching talent. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking ownership, shaping outcomes, and driving momentum in ambiguous environments.
