We create new ventures for big businesses, from identifying the white space opportunity all the way through to launching in market. We work with companies such as MINI, Google, British Airways, Airbnb and Amex, accelerating concepts from ideas to market-ready ventures. Our team of 70+ venture builders is supported by Accenture’s technology and client network.

As a Growth Strategist you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute strategies that launch new ventures. Responsibilities include:

  • Work in partnership with the team to develop new ideas that deliver against key strategic objectives
  • Map existing customer journeys to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity
  • Plan, conduct and synthesize customer and category design research
  • Lead client conversations within your design specialism, bringing them into the creative process and providing articulate recommendations
  • Use design to create clarity and enhance the story, presentation or proposition – bringing creativity into every part of the process, from creative writing to pitch videos
  • Mock‑up wireframes and user flows to create interactive prototypes that bring the concept to life for customers and clients
  • Design top‑end and functional UI, including components ready for development and launch
  • Mentor and coach interns through their day‑to‑day project work and overall growth journey

  • World‑class execution with an eye for detail and the passion to constantly strive to improve and take the work to the next level
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the design industry
