We are looking for a strong Lead Product Manager to help shape and scale the online Clothing experience at Tesco. Clothing is a key growth area where customers expect a fashion‑led, premium feel first, with value as a strong secondary driver. Our ambition is to make Tesco Clothing a trusted destination for style, delivering a premium, fashion‑led experience at scale. You will play a critical role in creating inspiring, elevated digital experiences that bring our fashion proposition to life - from discovery through to outfit building and purchase. You will also lead how we use AI to personalise experiences, predict trends, and continuously improve the customer journey at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own Clothing product areas end-to-end with clear impact on CX, conversion, and growth
- Lead cross‑functional teams across discovery, browsing, and shopping journeys
- Improve key journeys – inspiration, product discovery, outfit building, size and fit, checkout, and returns
- Use AI to drive predictive insights – trends, demand signals, and customer behaviour
- Apply AI‑driven personalisation across search, recommendations, and styling inspiration
- Drive experimentation and optimisation – test, learn, and scale what works
- Partner with Design, Brand, and Content teams to create a fashion‑led, visually rich, premium experience
- Define and track success metrics from engagement to conversion and returns
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Clothing or Fashion e‑commerce (essential)
- Proven experience owning a customer‑facing product area
- Track record of delivering measurable product impact
- Deep understanding of fashion journeys and customer behaviour
- Strong commercial mindset
- Experience using data and AI/ML insights to drive decisions and optimisation
