YOUR ROLE

Every start‑up team brings together a range of experiences and skillsets from multiple backgrounds. As a Designer, you are here to bring together strategic design thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early‑stage idea generation to detailed digital design.

  • Work in partnership with the team to develop new ideas that deliver against key strategic objectives
  • Map existing customer journeys to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity
  • Plan, conduct and synthesise customer and category design research
  • Lead client conversations within your design specialism, bringing them into the creative process and providing articulate recommendations
  • Use design to create clarity and enhance the story, presentation or proposition – bringing creativity into every part of the process, from creative writing to pitch videos
  • Mock‑up wireframes and user flows to create interactive prototypes to bring the concept to life for customers and clients
  • Design top‑end and functional UI, including components ready for development and launch
  • Mentor and coach interns through their day‑to‑day project work and overall growth journey
