Key Responsibilities- Lead and assure high‑quality business analysis activities, ensuring delivery teams have clear, complete and prioritised information to progress at pace.
- Operate independently and proactively in complex programmes, effectively navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Apply strong influencing and facilitation skills to bring diverse stakeholders together, drive alignment and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to workshops and analysis sessions within multi‑disciplinary teams, managing challenging stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into viable technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading lessons learned sessions and embedding best practice across BA ways of working.
- Strong experience across business and technology delivery lifecycles, with hands‑on use of tools and techniques spanning Design, Build, Test and Implementation phases.
- Proven track record delivering business analysis using multiple methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrable experience in business change and transformation initiatives, including Business‑Driven Development approaches.
- End‑to‑end ownership of requirements management.
- Proficient in user profiling and journey mapping, creating detailed process maps using industry‑standard techniques, including As‑Is / To‑Be and gap analysis.
- Strong collaboration with Solution Architects, Designers and Developers to ensure requirements align to technical designs and delivery constraints.
- Ability to present multiple solution options to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating trade‑offs through well‑structured options papers.
- Advanced capability in complex business impact assessment across multiple streams, articulating impacts.
- Experience analysing data to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Ownership of the strategy, approach and execution of Business Verification, First Occurrence and Live Proving activities.
