About the Role
We are expanding our Data & AI practice to help clients transform their content supply chains using Generative AI. As a Manager, you will lead the development of our GenAI-enabled content supply chain offering, drive thought leadership, and deliver innovative solutions that help clients achieve speed, scale, and personalization in their content operations.
You will work at the intersection of AI, data, and marketing technology—partnering with leading brands to automate and optimize content creation, production, and distribution workflows. This is a strategic role with a balance of business development, solution design, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering Development
- Define and shape our GenAI content supply chain service offering, including go-to-market strategy, frameworks, and accelerators.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and platforms to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Client Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior marketing/IT leaders on content supply chain transformation.
- Identify client challenges and design solutions leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights.
- Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end engagements: from discovery and strategy to design, prototyping, and implementation.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes for client projects.
- Business Development
- Support sales efforts through proposal development, pitches, and thought leadership.
- Develop case studies, POVs, and participate in industry events/webinars to establish market presence.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor and grow a team of consultants focused on AI, automation, and content operations.
- Create internal knowledge assets and drive practice-level capability development.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Consulting Experience:
- Strong experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or data/AI roles with a strong track record in client delivery within content supply chain.
- Technical & Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of content supply chains, marketing technology ecosystems (DAM, CMS, PIM, workflow tools).
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Generative AI applications (text, image, video generation), LLMs, and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API-based integrations.
- Strategic Thinking & Solution Design:
- Ability to design AI-driven solutions for large enterprises, balancing business value with technical feasibility.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Experience supporting sales, business development, and shaping proposals.
- Communication & Leadership:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
