In our team you will learn to
Use your judgment to solve client business problems, bringing structure and quantitative and qualitative analysis while acting and taking decisions with little management oversight
Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and deliver lasting and distinctive outcomes and value

QualificationWe are looking for experience in the following:
Good understanding, interest and experience in Banking and Capital Markets
Minimum of 2 years experience at a topâtier or boutique consulting firm or at a leading company with a combination of technical / operational and management / business development / strategy roles
Familiarity with recognised Strategy frameworks and techniques
Experience of building relationships at all levels in an organisation
A highâlevel understanding of value chain business models, operating models, industry trends and challenges and regulatory frameworks
Experience working in diverse teams in complex strategy/consulting engagements, delivering highâquality output in short timeframes
Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual, analytical and creative problem solving
Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society
Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic
