Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
  • Experience with SQL, database and automation techniques (building custom dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a strategic consultant or in finance, managing marketing strategy and investment decisions through business performance assessments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics to measure marketing incrementality, define KPIs, and expand measurement coverage.
  • Ability to package complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Strong track record in budget oversight, managing financial risks, and upgrading financial tools or systems to improve spend visibility and compliance.
