Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a public policy, government affairs, or executive engagement role.
  • Experience drafting high-level briefings, speeches, or policy positions for C-suite executives, senior government officials, or equivalent leadership.
  • Experience managing relationships with international stakeholders and navigating regulatory, governmental, or diplomatic environments across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 25%).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows and drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience preparing, briefing, and supporting C-suite executives on-ground for high-profile external engagements.
  • Experience navigating complex AI policy issues within a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

In this role, you will drive the implementation of our executives’ policy engagement strategies, develop briefings, manage complex international engagements, and prepare our leadership for high-profile global events. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and executive offices to shape and drive the implementation of long-term policy engagement strategies for GDM executives.
  • Draft briefing materials, talking points, and background notes.
  • Brief executives ahead of critical engagements and provide on-the-ground support as part of a wider team.
  • Develop tailored narratives and messaging to ensure all executive external communications are strategic, consistent, and highly impactful.
  • Build and maintain an active network across government, think tanks, and industry partners to proactively support the delivery of the engagement strategy.
  • Maintain the operational infrastructure including forward-planning, opportunity triage, and knowledge systems, while delivering concise, actionable updates on global policy and tech developments.
