We Are Tech Women seeks an Executive Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) to lead, develop and nurture the E/ABP community, partnering with executive stakeholders to manage capacity and determine leadership bundles.

You will oversee a team of E/ABPs, provide coaching, and ensure metrics and roles align with goals.

You will guide change and remove obstacles to meet targets during transitions.
