As Design Manager for Store Operations, you’ll be part of a colleague experience team shaping tools and services used daily by hundreds of thousands of colleagues. This is a role where you can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, bringing a passion for design craft while defining the future of user experience. You’ll guide research, evolve design processes, and inspire your team to push boundaries, working closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver innovative, user‑centred solutions. Responsibilities
- Driving a strong human‑centred design approach across your domain
- Leading teams to identify user needs through evidence‑based research and insights
- Owning and being accountable for UX outputs delivered by your team

Qualifications
- Proven experience across end‑to‑end UX design processes, from research to delivery
- Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, IA, prototyping, and testing
- Expertise in workshops, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading high‑performing research and design teams
- Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, usability, and human‑centred design principles
- Strong ability to translate concepts into functional, user‑validated solutions
- Experience conducting primary user research and applying insights effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across cross‑functional teams
