Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of large-scale new implementations, upgrades, migrations and transformation programs within the Capital Markets domain.
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, implementation management and post go-live support.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and vendor partners.
- Oversee project governance - status reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, milestone reviews, stakeholder communications.
- Work alongside clients and multi-disciplinary teams (BA, QA, Solution architects, Dev, Support) using your experience, leading and managing across onshore / offshore setup.
- Build positive relationships with client and Accenture teams in a dynamic and exciting environment.
- Identify, mitigate and resolve delivery risks, dependencies and critical path issues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation within delivery.
- Provide domain and platform expertise in trade lifecycle management and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex projects / programs in the Capital Market domain.
- Experience in Murex, Calypso or other Cap market platform delivery (implementation, upgrade, integration or migration).
- Strong understanding of front to back trading lifecycle processes.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory and compliance initiatives.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
- Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project environments.
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to work with senior business and technology leaders.
