Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in service management (e.g. ITIL), with a focus on managing technical escalations and ensuring customer support health.
- Understanding of one or more technical domains: IT security, networking, database systems, AI, or cloud-native architecture (e.g., Kubernetes/GKE).
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps.

As a Cloud Success Architect (CSA) for GDC air-gapped, you will be the primary technical advisor and represent customer health for strategic Public Sector customers in the UK. You will oversee, coordinate, and guide the customer journey through advocacy and trusted advisory services, ensuring reliability, stability, and operational excellence in highly regulated, air-gapped environments. You are expected to drive technical outcomes and manage complex, high-stakes relationships on an operational level in close collaboration with the Delivery team, Customer Engineering and Product/Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for air-gapped cloud platforms, providing specialized expertise and ad hoc architectural Q&A support.
- Own the end-to-end post-sales relationship for Platform Administrator teams, which includes supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assisting customers with spend optimization.
- Plan and coordinate training for customer staff, developing learning roadmaps and leading hackathons to foster skill development.
- Act as the primary interface for customer feature requests and coordinate release planning to align needs with the product roadmap.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical escalations and collaborate with delivery teams to strategically plan and adopt new customer workloads.
