Marketing Advisory is a consulting practice within Accenture Song. We help clients on their Marketing Re-invention journey, building close client relationships to fully understand their growth objectives. We work collaboratively to shape their transformation and support them on all aspects of this journey, from developing a strategic vision, brand strategy, operating model, new ways of working, embracing new technologies, driving a culture change, and building people capabilities and skills. We help clients create winning customer experiences and drive marketing performance. Guiding people in Marketing through a transformation journey is a particular strength.

As a Client Manager you will lead client relationships, projects and drive business development. You will drive marketing transformations through Gen AI and strategic consulting. You’ll have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization. The variety of work we do offers a platform to develop your career.

We’re looking for you to have hands-on Gen AI Transformation implementation experience with enterprise platforms (Adobe, Google, OpenAI, etc.). You’ll have a strong background in marketing strategy, across B2B and B2C; experience in Financial Services would be a bonus.

As a Client Manager you will

  • Engage with marketing leadership teams to explore their vision and purpose, in order to drive business objectives and strategies.
  • Manage clients to build strong, enduring, trusted relationships – expanding our business with existing clients and winning new clients.
  • Support business development activities including proposal development and delivery.
  • Partner with other capabilities across Accenture to architect and deliver end-to-end marketing-led transformations.
  • Assess organisational capability gaps in areas such as Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Omnichannel Strategy, Customer Engagement and Digital.
  • Lead client projects to shape and co-create Capability Strategies, Operating models, Transformational roadmaps and Change Management programmes which drive growth and improve performance in teams, delivering tangible results.
  • Manage client project commercials, timelines and deliverables with strong project management skills and experience.
  • Support continued business growth and contribute to the Marketing Advisory team spirit, community and culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Previous experience gained in a similar Client Management or Senior client-side marketing role and/or marketing agency or consultancy.
  • Experience of delivering Gen AI transformation projects.
  • Expertise and experience across a number of marketing areas such as insight, strategy and planning, innovation, digital, content or campaign development and management.
  • Ability to lead client conversations and guide strategic decisions, with proven ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially astute with strong business and commercial acumen and experience of managing a P&L.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of how to build client relationships and create client-centric solutions.
  • Experience in leading a team in a functional or matrixed structure.
  • The ability to influence, collaborate, partner and build productive working relationships to shape a compelling future vision for Marketing.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals with experience in Life Sciences and Consumer Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Communications, Media and / or Technology.
