Responsibilities

  • Lead on understanding the technical capabilities of a delivery and supporting translation of these to business functionality.
  • Work closely with technical architecture teams and solution architects to know the scope and solution of the programme.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and operations to gather, analyse and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specification for new implementations or system enhancements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Support testing activities by validating test cases, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating between QA and business users.
  • Prepare business process models, workflows and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering session and stakeholder communications.
  • Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in Capital markets domain.
  • Champion continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation.
  • Knowledge of Accenture’s AI agenda and ability to work in AI enabled environments.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Murex and/or Calypso.
  • Strong understanding of front to back trading lifecycle processes.
  • Strong understanding of Capital markets business processes.
  • Good understanding of regulatory & compliance initiatives to ensure business and system processes adhere to required standards.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project environments.
