Responsibilities
- Lead on understanding the technical capabilities of a delivery and supporting translation of these to business functionality.
- Work closely with technical architecture teams and solution architects to know the scope and solution of the programme.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and operations to gather, analyse and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specification for new implementations or system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Support testing activities by validating test cases, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating between QA and business users.
- Prepare business process models, workflows and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure successful implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering session and stakeholder communications.
- Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in Capital markets domain.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of Accenture’s AI agenda and ability to work in AI enabled environments.
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Murex and/or Calypso.
- Strong understanding of front to back trading lifecycle processes.
- Strong understanding of Capital markets business processes.
- Good understanding of regulatory & compliance initiatives to ensure business and system processes adhere to required standards.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project environments.
