As a team
As a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA), you are a thought leader and strategic partner responsible for driving business transformation using the Pega Platform™. You act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business objectives are translated into well‑designed, scalable, and outcome‑driven Pega solutions.
You bring deep insight into business processes, customer journeys, and organisational goals, combined with a strong understanding of Pega’s out‑of‑the‑box capabilities. Through analysis, process design, alignment, and continuous education, you guide stakeholders to rethink how work is done and enable them to realise measurable business value from their Pega investments.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsibilities
- Understand and document business needs, objectives, customer journeys, and end‑to‑end processes using Pega Blueprint or similar tools
- Analyse current‑state workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds
- Identify root causes of process issues and assess their impact on business outcomes
- Determine common functionality and reuse opportunities across processes
- Redesign workflows using Pega Platform out‑of‑the‑box capabilities to simplify and optimise business processes
- Remove unnecessary steps and streamline stages and hand‑offs
- Automate repetitive activities to improve efficiency and consistency
- Intelligently route and prioritise work to the right users to improve focus and responsiveness
- Improve collaboration and transparency for internal users and external customers
- Consolidate data and information to enable faster, more accurate decision‑making
Qualification
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) – Pega Platform ’24 or ’25.
- 6-8 years of experience working as a Lead Business Architect on Pega‑driven transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering business transformation using Pega BPM solutions.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, workflow design, and requirements definition.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum or Kanban delivery environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Pega case management and integrations.
- Experience mentoring junior Business Architects.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across senior business audiences.
