As part of a newly formed team, this role will transform EY.com in the UK to give an incredible client experience that makes us discoverable, lands our messages, builds consideration and converts site visits into conversations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Agree clear objectives with business and BMC stakeholders within a portfolio of priority products and services for how ey.com will support brand and sales, or deliver required corporate or regulatory‑required content (portfolio may change over time).
  • Create data‑based strategy within a portfolio of priority products, services or corporate area for content and journeys needed to maximise traffic and engagement with ey.com, fully aligned to our priority products and services and key corporate updates (including content strategy, site performance, SEO and competitor analysis).
  • Secure engagement from business and BMC stakeholders.
  • Recommend client journeys and target actions within portfolio to stakeholders including Business Development, ensure processes for hand‑off to other teams are in place, and measure response.
  • Maintain close relationship with Global teams and an overview of available globally created content and agree which to activate in the UK, working with UK stakeholders.
  • Balance proactively recommended content with requests from the business to make decisions on what should be published within available team capacity.
  • Proactively identify and drive the use of AI tools that will allow for more distinctive and engaging messaging.
  • Brief portfolio‑aligned Digital Content Managers to deliver site‑ready content (by editing business‑created content, localising Global content or creating UK specific content) that supports priority products and services.
  • Project‑manage creation of new content, managing through from brief, to page build and publishing.
  • Work with business and BMC stakeholders to ensure that all service and product pages within portfolio are kept up to date (eg value propositions, contact details and links to relevant content).
  • Work with page builders on QA processes pre‑publication of all materials.
  • Ensure delivery of any regulatory‑required materials within the portfolio within deadlines.
  • Ensure that all content on ey.com/uk meets brand standards, whilst simplifying the process for the business.
  • Work with Digital Technical Manager to ensure smooth running of pages within portfolio – e.g. removal of broken links.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to make the process of developing messaging and drafting copy more efficient, whilst using human skills to ensure distinctive, engaging content.
  • Deliver regular performance updates to the business on site performance within portfolio, including traffic, search rankings, on‑site behaviour and competitor benchmarking.
  • Share data with key stakeholders and translate into recommendation for site changes or content.

  • Excellent technical knowledge of website strategy, development, delivery and measurement.

  • Ability to interrogate data and insight to deliver fact‑based recommendations for ey.com implications.
  • People management skills – although no direct reports, will need to brief and lead content creators and page builders.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a high‑pace environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the resilience to be a key player in a transformation programme in a complex organisation.
  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role (a degree in a relevant field or relevant professional qualifications are welcome but not essential).
  • Exceptional technical knowledge and experience of website design (preferably Adobe AEM), UX, SEO and marketing automation, plus experience of working with digital content creation and page building teams.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience of website content management, design/builds (preferably Adobe AEM), UX, SEO, analytics and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of digital activation of product content and user journeys.
  • Excellent project management capability, with experience in technical requirements gathering and resource planning.
  • Ability to generate quality reporting across digital channels, to create insight and attribution models.
  • Experience of working in large/matrix B2B organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
