Overview: You will develop and use pricing strategies and competitive positioning to assist sales teams on complex deals within UK Health & Public Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Deal shaping, pricing, rate card architecture and localised competitive intelligence input.
- Aligning to UKI Health & Public Safety and reporting to Sales leadership.
- Building trusted relationships and collaborating with partner and competitor teams.
- Developing knowledge of Health & Public Safety tenders and pricing tactics.
- Helping sales leaders understand client requirements and selection criteria.
- Collaborating with Competitive Intelligence, Analytics and internal teams to collect competitive insights.
- Optimising both winnability and profitability.
- Continuously developing yourself and others.
- Identifying and applying ways to improve pricing tools and processes.
- Using Excel and Accenture pricing models and data analytics tools to create financial structures, price positioning, deal shaping and qualification.
- Collaborating with teams across Accenture to compile relevant information to support sales proposals.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree.
- English language fluency (oral and written).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in pricing and commercial strategy development.
- Advanced financial acumen.
- Experience in market intelligence and deal shaping.
- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to negotiate.
Extra credit if you have:

- Previous sales experience.
- Understanding of finance processes.
