Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with executives across the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience drafting executive messages, announcements, and presentations, as well as creating digital assets (including video editing and formatting).
  • Ability to prioritize personal workload while proactively optimizing executive schedules, ensuring a balance between operational demands and focus time.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between workflows and manage priorities with composure in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team’s projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational needs and support projects and initiatives to help drive team and company priorities.
  • Provide administrative support including managing global calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing for business-critical meetings and events.
  • Drive projects and initiatives from initiation to completion, proactively solving problems and establishing structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Plan, manage and execute business critical internal and external meetings (e.g., virtual and in person), assisting with content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
  • Exhibit the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an advanced understanding of Google policies and procedures.
