We are hiring an experienced AV Engineer to support a high-end enterprise environment based in brand-new offices in Moorgate, London, EC2. This role sits onsite with a leading global financial institution and is delivered via an IT solution provider. You will be responsible for supporting over 50 meeting rooms and a large event space, ensuring seamless hybrid collaboration experiences across the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on, user-facing AV support position. You will:

  • Perform daily room checks to ensure all systems are fully operational
  • Provide tiered support for AV hardware and collaboration systems
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, control and connectivity issues
  • Support live meetings, hybrid events and executive presentations
  • Work closely with Infrastructure, IT and Facilities teams
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional service to non-technical stakeholders

Technology Environment

You will be working across:

  • Poly VC systems (Studio X, G-Series, Poly Lens)
  • Shure audio systems (MXA arrays, wireless mics)
  • Biamp Tesira DSP
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Dell & HP collaboration hardware

Experience across most of the above is preferred — strong practical troubleshooting ability is essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years professional AV engineering experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident working in enterprise environments
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
  • Clear communicator who can simplify technical issues
  • Professional, reliable and proactive

Vendor certifications (Crestron, Biamp, Poly, Shure, CTS) are beneficial but not essential.

Working Pattern

Shift-based coverage (shared rota). Occasional event support (shared between team). Minimum 3 days onsite per week.
