What will you be doing? The Onboarding Volunteer will play a vital role in welcoming and supporting new volunteers as they join our anti-bullying charity.

What are we looking for?
- 3+ years HR experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Well organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable using email, video platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and shared documents

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new volunteers, providing an informative welcome.
- Guide new starters through our onboarding process and policies.
- Share induction materials, charity information, and training resources.
- Support with arranging welcome calls, induction meetings, and training sessions.
- Help with setting up any necessary accounts.
- Perform DBS and visa documentation verification.
- Ensure data protection is always adhered to.
