What will you be doing? The Onboarding Volunteer will play a vital role in welcoming and supporting new volunteers as they join our anti-bullying charity.

What are we looking for?

  1. 3+ years HR experience
  2. Strong communication and people skills
  3. Well organized and detail-focused
  4. Comfortable using email, video platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and shared documents

  6. An interest in our mission to prevent bullying and support victims of bullying

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for new volunteers, providing an informative welcome.
  2. Guide new starters through our onboarding process and policies.
  3. Share induction materials, charity information, and training resources.
  4. Support with arranging welcome calls, induction meetings, and training sessions.
  5. Help with setting up any necessary accounts.
  6. Perform DBS and visa documentation verification.
  7. Ensure data protection is always adhered to.
