What We're Looking For
Our UK client, a renowned jewelry brand, is seeking a Website Assistant to support product builds and updates on their e-commerce platform. This role is essential for ensuring products are accurately displayed, fully functional, and optimized for a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain products on Shopify, ensuring correct imagery, SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and functionality.
- Upload and manage assets via Cloudinary, keeping files organized and accessible.
- Test product builds on the website to verify proper display and performance.
- Support product-related updates, including add-on reviews, refinements, and expansions.
- Assist with site visualizer builds by requesting assets, uploading images, and ensuring specifications are met.
Experience with Shopify product builds.
Background in e-commerce and familiarity with managing online product listings.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in product specifications.
Ability to test and troubleshoot product functionality on the website.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Cloudinary and Accentuate is a plus.
