What we are looking for
Our US client, a growing men’s fashion brand, is seeking a Shopify E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of their Shopify store and lead ongoing efforts to optimize performance, manage merchandising, and improve the customer experience. This role is essential to keeping the online store running smoothly, seasonally relevant, and conversion-focused, while driving continued growth across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, ensuring all content is brand-aligned and up to date.
- Create, update, and maintain product pages, making sure all tags, naming, and imagery are correctly set.
- Run regular A/B tests on site elements to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Track key performance metrics and use insights to drive updates and CRO enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate updates, promotions, and website refreshes through effective project management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, with strong hands-on Shopify experience.
- Comfortable running a Shopify store end-to-end, including integrations and third-party APIs.
- Solid experience in data analysis and A/B testing to improve CRO.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and timelines.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying site improvements.
Nice to have
