This role is essential for driving engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance. Responsibilities Develop and edit engaging video content tailored for paid social advertising across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to execute strategic video campaigns that enhance audience engagement and drive conversions. Optimize video content for maximum performance, implementing creative tests and paid social best practices. Ensure all video content aligns with brand objectives and channel-specific performance goals. Contribute insights on video trends, platform-specific performance, and storytelling techniques to support creative ideation and development. Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing for paid social, with a proven track record of creating high-performing content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and relevant editing software.
